High current water-cooled transformer is applying widely in the field of new energy development, such as solar and wind energy generators. The new energy equipment is normally working at complicated weather and natural environments, and compare to the traditional air-forced dry type transformers, water-cooled transformer is taking advantage of relatively tighten size, stable operation and less reparation during the operation.
